Shipment and Processing Time
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders over £100 will be required to make a £10 next day delivery charge or £7.00 for 48 hours delivery. Free Shipping on orders over £300.
Return / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the goods we will exchange items or refund if they are faulty on delivery to you.All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
It is advised that you check your contents immediatly upon receipt. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 48 hours OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. NO RETURNS ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM RW BABYWEAR.
